I would like to see a plyometric training in a jump manual for as I research I heard a great feedback about plyometric training. It says that plyometric training has a good result for jumping higher:)

  • Warming up is really essential to avoid injury. I can testify with that..Plyometric exercise is indeed one effective exercise for jumping higher. I’ve tried doing plyometric exercise and I really saw improvements with my vertical jump. I started with the lower intensity exercise to a high level exercise like lunges. Thanks for this article.
