Insquad is a Talent Cloud platform to hire senior startup developers globally. We save our clients about 50 hours on each hire: Interview tomorrow, hire in two weeks. How do we assess whether the developer is startup-ready? Our 3-hours long vetting process includes not only hard skills tests and coding challenges, but also specifically developed soft-skills assessment and deep interview. We check if talent is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, can motivate themselves, has good communication skills, and, most importantly, is passionate about working for a startup, not a big brand.
Why are we building Insquad
We believe that startups will be at the forefront of efforts to improve diversity in the tech industry and transition to a new business reality. And very soon a developer’s income will be determined not by location-based privilege, but just by their talent. By connecting talents and startups’ CEOs with ambitious tasks, our goal is to help build a fair, accessible work environment all over the world.
Insquad story
Back in 2015, one tech startup CEO and founder needed to scale his software development team. It took him six month and hundreds of dollars to complete this task; after multiple unsuccessful attempts to hire in-house software developers he decided to consider remote workers—and it was a great solution. It was Alex Svinov, co-founder and CEO at Insquad. Facing all the pain points startup founders have, Alex started Insquad to
help companies quickly hire senior remote developers worldwide. To bring this big idea to life he has joined forces with tech professional Rinat Khatipov and marketing expert German Pundrovski—co-founders at Insquad. That’s how the story begins!
